OUR METHODS

Soft Washing: Our go-to method of choice for most of our jobs. We use cleaning agents that contain the active compound Sodium Hypochlorite which aggressively breaks down tough stains, mildew, dirt, and other unwanted residues.

People are sometimes concerned that these kinds of chemicals are harmful to their plants and/or the environment, but you can rest assured that there is nothing damaging or harmful that will occur as a result of using this technique. This practice is and has been the norm within the industry for a long time and there is good reason that it will remain that way going forward.

We take necessary precautions before and after the chemicals are applied to your home to make certain the the chemicals will be so diluted by the time they reach your plants that they will be rendered harmless.

Pressure Washing: This method refers to certain situations when we decide to not use our cleaning agents for whatever reason. The water pressure alone from our machine is sometimes enough to cleanse hard to remove stains (wooden decks or driveways for example).

You may be able to ask us to use this method in some cases as long as doing so is not unpractical. Most of the time, pressure washing without the use of chemicals is unpractical and time consuming. However, we often use this method for driveway cleaning because the results we get when using our surface cleaner are practically identical both with or without the use of cleaning agents. When we do not have to use chemicals in situations such as that, pressure washing is our preferred method due to being more cost effective while ensuring the same results.

Other Methods: We also have at our disposal the use of ladders, telescopic wands, and a state of the art surface washer. Whatever the job may be, we have you covered.
